About 3D Design & Fabrication

How We Approach Physical Creation

The 3D Design and Fabrication division focuses on turning ideas into physical objects through practical engineering and modern additive manufacturing. We work with the same mindset that guides everything at DeltaWerks: design with intention, build with care, and treat every project as a chance to create something useful and well crafted.

Tools We Use

We rely on a combination of FDM and resin-based printing, along with traditional finishing techniques, to produce strong, clean, reliable parts. Each tool has its role. FDM is used for durable structural pieces and larger formats. Resin is used for detail work, precision components, and anything that demands a cleaner surface or finer tolerances.

Everything is produced in-house, tuned, tested, and refined until it meets the quality we expect.

What We Build

Our work ranges from prototypes and functional parts to props, custom builds, accessories, and original DeltaWerks creations. Some pieces are experimental. Others are practical tools for real production environments. All of them begin the same way, with a clear understanding of what the object needs to be and what role it is meant to serve.

Our Philosophy

We value clarity over complexity and craftsmanship over shortcuts. A good physical build is not about showing off the machine that made it. It is about understanding the material, the geometry, and the purpose of the piece.

Our goal is simple. Take an idea, give it shape, and make sure it is built to last.
